Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIovert's website, browser extension, and dashboard (the “Service”), provided by AIovert, Inc. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AIovert detects sensitive data entered into AI tools and reports classifications to your organization's administrators. Features, limits, and pricing depend on your plan.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your end users' compliance with these Terms.
• You must have authority to deploy the extension to the devices you manage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering it, attempting to access data belonging to other customers, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” AIovert is a detection and monitoring aid; it does not guarantee that all sensitive data will be detected or prevented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIovert's aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
